Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Tivat Yacht Club yacht club website and the booking of boat charter and boat trip services. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

2. Information on the Website

Descriptions of boats, routes and prices are provided for information only and do not constitute a public offer. The exact price, departure time and services included are confirmed when booking.

3. Booking and Payment

• A request submitted through the website or by phone is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once the date has been agreed and the deposit has been paid.
• Payments are made in euros.
• The deposit is 30 percent of the price; the balance is due on the day of departure.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you cancel more than 48 hours before departure, the deposit is refunded in full.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If the captain cancels the trip because of weather conditions or a technical fault, the trip will be moved to another date or the payment will be refunded in full.

5. Rules on Board

• All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew.
• Children under 12 may board only when accompanied by an adult.
• Swimming is allowed only while the boat is stopped and with the crew's permission.
• The crew may refuse boarding if safety rules are violated.

6. Liability

Passengers are insured in accordance with Montenegrin law. The Operator is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended or for consequences resulting from failure to follow crew instructions. Guests must compensate for any damage they cause to the boat or its equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

Texts, photographs and other website materials belong to the Operator or are used lawfully. Copying without written consent is prohibited.

8. Personal Data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Governing Law

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of Montenegro. Disputes are settled through negotiation or, if no agreement can be reached, by the court at the Operator's registered location.

10. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on the website.
