About Tivat Yacht Club

We are delighted to welcome our guests and aim to make every day on the water comfortable and memorable. This website is about boat trips in Montenegro, boat charter and routes around the Bay of Kotor.

Quality Comes First

We match the boat to your plans and stand behind every vessel in our fleet. You can arrive with nothing but yourself: masks and snorkels, towels, water and ice are already on board. We can arrange a transfer from your hotel to the marina and recommend a place for lunch after the trip.

If this is your first time at sea, the captain will explain how to move safely around the deck and when you can swim. No previous experience or boating licence is required.

A Personal Approach

The route is built around you. Some guests want to see Perast and return within four hours; others want to spend the whole day anchored in a quiet bay and swimming. We do not rush to a rigid schedule: if you want more time at the Blue Cave, we stay longer.

Where We Are

Porto Montenegro marina in Tivat. From here it is equally convenient to head deeper into the bay towards Perast and Kotor or out towards the Blue Cave, Mamula and Herceg Novi. The Budva Riviera is about an hour away by fast boat.

All Year Round

The swimming season runs from May to October, but boat trips operate throughout the year. In winter, temperatures in the bay rarely fall below eight degrees, the water is quiet, and the snow-covered peaks above it offer a view you will never see in summer.
