Stoliv and Prčanj
Travel time from Tivat: about 25 minutes. Recommended package: 4 hours.
Stoliv and Prčanj stand on the western shore of the bay between Tivat and Kotor. Few tourists reach them, even though they are among the most peaceful places in the Bay of Kotor.
What You Will Find Here
Prčanj is home to the strikingly large Church of the Nativity of the Virgin, built over almost a century with money donated by local captains. Stoliv is divided into a lower village beside the water and an abandoned upper village reached by a path through a chestnut grove.
Why Visit
Above all, for the water. It is deep almost to the shore, cooler and cleaner than in the centre of the bay, with noticeably fewer boats. This is a good option for a short swimming trip when there is not enough time to reach Luštica.
The route suits families with young children: there are no waves and the shore is always close.
